This thing is getting some pretty rough reviews because it stops working

The door has been in service for about 6 weeks and the last hen (Heidi) to enter the coop in the evening is always inside around 10-15 minutes before the door closes so no one has been left out to date

The chickens figured it out immediately

There have been a few times the door did not open on its own but otherwise has been working great

I went ahead and bought a second door

To manually open and close it, one has to access the controls on the back of the solar panel
