I absolutely love this vacuum! It has great suction, is lightweight and very easy to use! The battery life is great as well! But after a month or two of use, I started having connection issues with the battery pack to the unit and the vacuum would shut off during use. I realized that this was probably not a common thing to happen with their vacuums, so I decided to contact Orfeld about this problem. Orfeld immediately reached out to me, apologized and promptly issued a replacement after I provided them with a video of the issue I was having. I got the replacement parts within a week in a half of my first contact with them. Every agent I emailed with was absolutely amazing and generous. Orfeld’s customer service is absolutely exceptional and I am happy to continue using their products!

I had this vacuum for months and then had an issue with a wheel coming off. With only one wheel, it didn’t pick up dirt and dog hair well. I contacted the company to see if replacement wheels were available, since I vacuum the floors almost every day (German Shepard). Instead of replacing the wheels, they sent me a whole new brush head… no charge to me. A few weeks later I began to have another problem. I reached out again and they worked with me. I sent short videos and pics to show the issue. They sent different parts to try to fix the problem, but in the end they just sent me a whole new vacuum … AT NO CHARGE TO ME. Their customer service is great. They were always prompt in replying to my emails and also sending me parts. They never made me feel like the issue was my fault. I love the LEDs on this vacuum. They light up all the dog hair and make clean up easy. I didn’t really find any other vacuums with that amount while I was shopping, so I didn’t wanna go to a different one. When I contacted the company, I didn’t really expect much. I was very surprised at the level of helpfulness they showed.
I’m back at it with my new vacuum and couldn’t be happier!

Great vacuum! I've had this vacuum for a year and it works great. It's lightweight and well balanced and powerful. I have 2 small dogs and one that sheds often so I have to vacuum about 1500 sq ft once a week. I'm able to do the whole house with one charge no problem.The one issue I had was that the wheels broke off. I contacted the company and they sent replacement wheels once I sent proof of purchase, pics, and a quick video of the problem. They sent a replacement part and the vacuum has been great since. I've been more cautious with the wheels since I know they aren't built for rugged handling. No problems again so far.The main concern I had was with battery life but as I said before, I use the vacuum about once per week and it still runs fine. I am diligent about charging the battery and try to charge it to 80% since lithium ion batteries prefer not to be fully charged (this is a good idea with your phone too).All in all, it's a great vacuum that's easy to maneuver and is able to squeeze in tight spaces compared to other older vacuums and all of the attachments work well.TLDR - Great vacuum, good battery life, powerful, great customer service (replaced broken parts for free)

This vacuum cleaner is light, has good suction power. Love the LED light that shows ALL the dirt even on a dark room. The only flaw it has is the battery, it runs out very fast. I have a two story town with only 1600 sq feet. Once I vacuum the upstairs I have to let it charge for 2 hours to be able to do the downstairs. If the battery power would last to clean my whole house it would be perfect.

My house is all tile. I have 6 dogs and 8 cats and it picks up all the hair with ease.
