At first, it seemed to work fine, but within a few weeks, performance started declining. Before the year was up, it stopped working entirely. I tried to contact customer support for a warranty claim, but they never responded to my repeated attempts over several months. Extremely frustrating experience—both the vacuum and the company’s service were a complete letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

This cordless vacuum started having issues after just 2-3 weeks of use. Although it was still somewhat functional, it completely broke down within a year and became unusable. I attempted to reach out for a refund under the warranty, but despite multiple emails over several months, I never received a response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

If you are interested in a less than quality vacuum with really poor customer service, then this is the company for you. I've had my vacuum for about a year and a half. I tucked it in the laundry room closet charging away and both my wife and I forgot all about it for over a year. It literally wasn't used once other than a quick test before mounting it on the wall. So about three months ago my wife began doing some cleaning and remembered the cordless vac. Somehow on this very first use the small plastic clip that holds the attachments to the unit came off and was lost. This makes the unit pretty much worthless, and we couldn't find the little quarter size piece that holds the whole thing together.

So, I contacted customer service. They want my warranty info. I'm out of warranty and I immediately sense they aren't interested in helping me. Now selling me something...that they are interested in. They tell me that I need to buy the entire bottom container in order to fix my problem. I explain that I don't need this entire massive piece of plastic. I just need the tiny blue plastic clip...I'm more than willing to pay for it. Nope. That is not an option. I ask for help. Nope, sorry. We can offer you ten percent off the expensive part that you don't actually need.

So, I've given up and duct taped the one most used attachment on. That's the way it goes, I guess. I've been through three customer service reps. They are not interested in actually helping their customers. I'm thinking I won't be recommending this company to anyone. Be warned.

First, the canister lid broke and they sent me a replacement which was my first red flag. The canister opens way too easily, a lot of times accidentally getting all contents everywhere. Not long after the replacement, the suction power started to give out, barely picking up anything with regular emptying and cleaning of the filter. I am no longer able to change suction setting. It’s stuck on “turbo” but doesn’t pick up barely anything. Just last week, the main connection piece started becoming faulty. The brush doesn’t spin and the light doesn’t work which was one of the things I actually liked about this product. I have barely had this for 7 months. Don’t waste your money!

I purchased this from Orfeld through Amazon, which no longer exists for some reason and the vacuum doesn’t work. The suction is really weak. I tried to give it time, but it doesn’t pick up very much. It spits it back out. I have a dyson and it works 10x better. There’s a significant difference. I’m a little disappointed because the reviews looked really good.
