The wall mount charger that came with my EV 679 vacuum quit working after 13 months.
I Contacted customer service and ordered a new one. The new one does not mount to the wall. I now have to lay my vacuum in the floor when I'm not using it.
Customer service said this was the only option I had.
I do not understand why they could not sell me a new wall mount charger?

There is nothing much to say about a charger but, I do want to say that I was sold with the company’s customer service, top of the line ! Responsive and accurate responses to my emails, giving me updates on the ETA, which, being a company which headquarters are not in the USA, was a huge question mark for me.
