My ANYSON Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, 50Kpa Stick Vacuum for the first two months it woked okay and I was very happy. BUT after 3 months it is only working on one speed setting, The customer support link is of now help, this vacum cleaner modle is not listed!!!
It look like I will have to purchase another vacuum cleaner from another supplier/company, what a waste of money!
Same thing within a few months the battery stopped working so they sent me a new battery. Then again the same thing so I took it upon myself to order ANOTHER battery from Amazon and it worked for about a week. At first I loved this vacuum but now it's useless and a piece of shit! Nobody from the company will contact me and I am out of over $200 dollars!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I COULDN'T EVEN FIND THIS VACUUM ON AMAZON ANYMORE PROBABLY BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMPLAINTS! ITS RIDICULOUS!! WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT!!! 😡🤬

I tried to contact customer support for a warranty claim, but they never responded to my repeated attempts over several months. Extremely frustrating experience—both the vacuum and the company’s service were a complete letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
This cordless vacuum started having issues after just 2-3 weeks of use. Although it was still somewhat functional, it completely broke down within a year and became unusable. I attempted to reach out for a refund under the warranty, but despite multiple emails over several months, I never received a response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
