paul olshefsky Usually orfeld parts are not available. Was lucky to get one. Product probably should have lasted longer. Was the fasted shipping ever., was a surprise!

Andrew Have been waiting over a month for V18 brush head to be stocked. No reply from Orfeld when they will restock. Reached out multiple times. Poor customer service.

Paula Reinhardt I liked the vacuum, so I bought one for my granddaughter for Christmas. In about 5 months the brush roller broke and I had to buy a replacement part for $36. I think it should had lasted much longer then that.
