At first, it seemed to work fine, but within a few weeks, performance started declining. Before the year was up, it stopped working entirely. I tried to contact customer support for a warranty claim, but they never responded to my repeated attempts over several months. Extremely frustrating experience—both the vacuum and the company’s service were a complete letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

This cordless vacuum started having issues after just 2-3 weeks of use. Although it was still somewhat functional, it completely broke down within a year and became unusable. I attempted to reach out for a refund under the warranty, but despite multiple emails over several months, I never received a response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I bought this vacuum cleaner on Amazon last November. I love the fact that it stands upright, I love the ease of use, and design. Seriously, this is the most thoughtfully designed product that I've ever encountered. I love how beautifully it cleans solid floors, and works fairly well on carpets. The fact is that I've had expensive canister vacuums that didn't clean carpets half as well as this Orfeld stick. Even purchased one for my 94 year old mother, and she adores it. We both appreciate that it's lightweight, user friendly, and does a great job. The only sad thing, is that it isn't available anymore, and that's a shame. Really wanted to purchase another one as a back up.

Six months ago, My Husband got me the Orfield HO1 as a gift, I hardly used it before its battery burnt out. I should have read the reviews on Orfield, but I read the reviews on Amazon instead, my fault the number one complaint is the battery. however, I reached out to them to get the problem solved, but they no longer have this vacuum. It’s discontinued so I can’t get a replacement battery and the only way they will replace the vacuum is if I pay full price out-of-pocket and wait for reimbursement if I could, I would, but I am broke and live paycheck to paycheck, but I just wanted to say I will continue to leave horrible reviews. I am also going to make a YouTube video people need to be aware of getting scammed. See if you need a replacement part you have to pay out-of-pocket and then wait for reimbursement and that’s great, but not for the people who can’t afford to do it , so I find this very unfair very unhelpful and after waiting almost 2 months for a part I didn’t need I feel like I got scammed, took the advantage of. The vacuum was hardly ever used. It’s still in great condition.

This is the best vacuum cleaner that I have ever owned, it cleans everywhere I want to and it's so easy to clean out and everything else and my boyfriend has helped me out so much with this vacuum cleaner and I love using it, even though I have to be patient with charging the battery but it so worth using it.
