I bought this vacuum from Walmart. I’ve been extremely impressed with performance of it. The battery lasts a good 30 to 45 minutes. It’s easy to maneuver underneath the couch chair, etc. and very easy to clean out the dust bin. Haven’t had any issues with the vacuum, unlike some of the comments I’ve seen if you purchased this vacuum, you will not be disappointed.

At first, it seemed to work fine, but within a few weeks, performance started declining. Before the year was up, it stopped working entirely. I tried to contact customer support for a warranty claim, but they never responded to my repeated attempts over several months. Extremely frustrating experience—both the vacuum and the company’s service were a complete letdown. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

This cordless vacuum started having issues after just 2-3 weeks of use. Although it was still somewhat functional, it completely broke down within a year and became unusable. I attempted to reach out for a refund under the warranty, but despite multiple emails over several months, I never received a response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

For the first 3 months it worked great (with occasional use) and then it started shutting off intermittently. Now the battery will say it has a full charge but after 60 seconds of use, it says the battery is drained. Orfeld says it’s SOLD OUT and doesn’t offer replacement parts?! Absolute scam - will never recommend or buy from this company again.

My Husband got me a Orfield cordless H01 for my birthday, I hardly ever used it, but just like everyone else my battery burnt out. and I have tried everything. I reached out to Orfield. They asked me to share a video of the issue which I did. They sent me out a charging cord after waiting over 40 days it arrived, and it didn’t work because I have tried different chargers and the issue is the battery which is the main complaint on this vacuum, so I got back in touch with them for them only to tell me that they no longer have this vacuum or any parts for it so I am not able to replace the battery. They offered me a newer version, under the condition that I leave a great review. which sounds great only I have to pay out-of-pocket full price. And then they’ll reimburse me. I have no money to purchase another vacuum cleaner and then wait for reimbursement. I live paycheck to paycheck I have four children and I received that vacuum as a gift. KEEP IN MIND BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. The warranty only works as a rebate. ALSO THE VACUUM YOU PURCHASE. MAYBE Discontinued if you need any parts or maintenance .also keep in mind you’ll be waiting quite a while if they just so happen to send you anything. NOW NOT ONLY IS MY HUSBAND OUT THE MONEY FOR THE VACUUM BUT THE VACUUM AINT WORKING NOR IS IT FIXABLE. THANKS ORFELD
