V18 Brush head

Ich warte seit monaten auf ersatzteil jedesmal wenn ich da reinschaue ist es ausverkauft habe keine ahnung wo ich sie besorgen kann V18 Bürstenkopf kann mir bitte jemand helfen ?

Usually orfeld parts are not available. Was lucky to get one. Product probably should have lasted longer. Was the fasted shipping ever., was a surprise!

Have been waiting over a month for V18 brush head to be stocked. No reply from Orfeld when they will restock. Reached out multiple times. Poor customer service.

I liked the vacuum, so I bought one for my granddaughter for Christmas. In about 5 months the brush roller broke and I had to buy a replacement part for $36. I think it should had lasted much longer then that.
